récemment, je suis surpris que le couteau céramique coupe si bien, j'ai possède un nouveau marque Roz ([-www.e-roz.com), il est super tranchant et très facile à nettoyer. pour ceux qui cherchent un couteau qui coupe c'est génial. Un petit truc: faut pas le faire tomber souvent, ça peut se casser.

J'ai remarqué que la qualité des couteaux en céramique a fait de très nets progrès depuis quelques années : ils sont beaucoup plus résistants et cassent moins facilement.

J'ai pour ma part flashé sur les couteaux en céramique fine Forever : c'est du véritable made in Japan, ce qui est un gage de qualité face aux couteaux fabriqués en Chine...

Les couteaux japonais Forever sont, de plus, très abordables et disponibles en France sur le site Forever Europe : ->www.forever-eur.com.

J'en utilise plusieurs depuis plus d'un an et ils coupent toujours aussi bien.

Oui j'arrete pas defacer de la pub et celle ci reste gentillette car elle est faite a la main et elle reste dans la thematique cuisine sinon la plus coriace c'est celle des scripts automatiques qui postent a l'aveuglette souvent en anglais et plutot adulte voir carrement illegale, pour ca je dois programmer ou installer des contre scripts qui bloquent les scripts de spam de forum, mais c'est sur que selon le niveau en programation du webmaster beaucoup abandonnent leurs forums face a de tels scripts, ou bien font des forums qur des sous nom de domaines de gros sites commerciaux qui apres ferment ou remplacent les forums par des pubs adultes et captent leur trafic c'est assez dur mais s'impliquer pour garder un forum relativement clean ou le faire a son nom sur son .com peut plus tard valoir le coup ou du moins c'est interresssant
