Jagex isn't keen to erase their content by OSRS Gold removing the water and putting additional land over it. They were able to bypass the water barrier using islands to create new content. But they can't keep doing this for long enough to lose the feeling of being on the continent.
The Mainland appears to be mostly based on Europe or at the very least the cultural heritage of Europe. Karamja seems to represent Africa by its vast jungles populated by tribesmen. Africa was once described as the "Heart of Darkness" by Europeans in earlier times. This was a land of death and unknowing. However, that's not the case today. It's too old. It's too small, at the very minimum, compared with the mainland. It also lacks real high-level content.
Legends Quest was originally introduced to represent the "heartof darkness" feeling associated Africa. However, the end of the Legends Quest only proves that you are just a normal player, and that's why Karamja has lost that darkness.
Do you think that developers ought to alter certain regions of the map to add more content on the Karamja and mainland? Do you think there are too many issues? Although it may be difficult but it can enable players to keep their old areas interesting and fresh in many of their top levels of play.
Also, there is the Eastern lands. These look like they will be a representation of Asia. They have been talked about for some time, mostly by Mortyania bolt rack salesmen. However, very little information is available about Buy RuneScape Gold them. It is unclear if they will ever be released or if they're actually actual. Do you think they will be released, and if they are released are they as large as the mainland? |
